Ingredients
Rice Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Onion - 3 nos
Tomatoes - 1 or 2 nos
Ginger - 1 medium size
Garlic - 6 to 7 nos
Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos
Curry leaves - 2 to 3 sprigs
Coriander leaves - small hand full
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 or 2 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Method
Take a bowl add rice flour and salt
Then pour sufficent amount of oil into the pan.
Then pour boiled water then knead the flour well and make it like chapati dough
Then roll it in to small cylinderic shape and set aside.
Heat water in a steamer and placed a plate on the top
Take a banana small sheet and placed it into the steamer plate.
Then placed the dumplings one by one.
Cover and boil them for 10 to 12 minutes.
Then peeled the ginger,onion,garlic and green chilli .
Then chopped the tomatoes and set aside.
Then chopped the onion and set aside.
Then chopped the Green chilli and set aside.
Then crushed the ginger and garlic set aside.
Then remove the lid from the steamer and check wheather the dumplings is well cooked or not .
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed ,let them spluttered.
Then add chopped onion and green chilli .
saute them well for few minutes.
Then add curry leaves and ginger garlic mix,saute them well.
Then add red chilli powder ,Turmeric powder,pepper powder,garam masala and salt.
Then add chopped tomatoes and saute them well.
Then add steamed rice dumplings and mix them well.
Remove from fire and set aside.
Then sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and mix them well.
Serve and enjoy the tasty rice ball dumplings .
