For 55 years, Roy Bailey was one of the UK Folk & Acoustic scene's most loved and admired performers. From his early days performing skiffle in student union bars in 1958, to his love of traditional songs and the stories they tell, onto developing a unique repertoire of songs of dissent and hope, he has performed on stages, TV and radio all over the world.
Still performing and touring in his 77th year, here is the first half of Roy's set at the Cellar Upstairs Folk Club in the Exmouth Arms, London on 12 May 2012. It was a magical evening with great audience participation.
