Here is how I go about making wings for my scratch built RC Airplanes. I make the airfoil templates by gluing a printed paper template to a thin wooden board from Michael's / Hobby Lobby and use the Pink project foam from the Home Depot. Part 2 will capture how I coat the wings and cut out control surfaces.
