Immigrant rights activists offer advice on what to do during ICE arrests

We host a roundtable discussion with immigration activists Natalia Aristizabal, Shannon Camacho and Adelina Nicholls on how community organizers in their cities are preparing for the upcoming ICE raids in New York, Georgia, Los Angeles and several other U.S. cities. They provide useful information to keep in mind during ICE arrests, including how to identify legitimate judicial arrest warrants which allow ICE officers to enter your home.

The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights offers a bilingual Know Your Rights Toolkit for people to learn more about how to respond, including a printable card that individuals can carry with them to remain silent and ask for legal representation in the event of an arrest.
