Like a Dragon 4: 1.1 Overview

Changes some Heat Actions that weren't possible to do whilst making ver 1.0; new changes to modding software made these HActs possible. (thx Jhrino) It's likely that I won't work on LaD4 again, so this is it.
As for future projects, I'm lost. I won't do the HD English Patch that I demonstrated on Twitter, as it is far outside my scope of abilities, and I believe Sylwahan is already working on that IIRC. I'm keen to come back to LaD3, maybe add some stuff from here, as I feel that mod is a bit clunky and rough (haven't touched it in over a year).
I won't do LaD5. Simple as that.
