This video covers the PIVOT and UNPIVOT keywords which are part of the FROM clause. PIVOT is used to transform rows into columns, and UNPIVOT does the reverse transforming columns of data into rows. PIVOT is often used to provide summarized tabulations of data, while UNPIVOT is used to fixed unnormalized or non-queryable data.
