Two wizards in the shadowed hall
Their robes so grand
Their voices tall
But silence cracked
A joke let slip
A spell of laughter

The potions fizz
The candles glow
A spark of joy they didn’t know

The serious grim of years gone by
Melted down with a teary eye
The books of lore
The runes of stone
Felt warmer now

The cauldron stirred
The stars leaned in
To watch the magic spark within
