Bargain beef ribs! In this episode, we tackle a slow-braised beef rib recipe using clearance beef ribs found for just $1.99 (CDN) per pound. These fall-apart tender ribs are cooked low and slow in a rich, flavorful braise of white wine, beef stock, mushrooms, and homemade Montreal steak spice.
Follow along as we show you tips on browning, choosing the best braising liquid (white wine, beer, or stock), and creating a velvety sauce that pairs perfectly with a side of cheesy mashed cauliflower. We also share a heartfelt thank you to our community for supporting Hope Air, a charity making a difference for patients who need to travel for medical care.
Whether you're a fan of budget-friendly cooking, love slow-cooked beef recipes, or are looking for a hearty comfort food dinner, this video has something for you!
