The Mobile Asphalt Laboratory Trailer will be used by FHWA to demonstrate new technologies on active project sites around the United States. The priority of the MATC program is to focus on assisting State highway agencies and their industry partners with their needs by providing technical assistance, guidance, and training materials to design, produce, and construct longer-lasting asphalt pavements.
