The third installment in Crypton Future Media’s “Magical Mirai” concert series, this third-dimensional two-day live concert took place at Tokyo's infamous Nippon Budokan arena in September 2015 and featured a setlist of familiar favourites and several never-performed-live tracks, performed by Hatsune Miku and other VOCALOIDs created by Crypton Future Media. It was accompanied by a three-day exhibition at the same venue in which two different life-size Hatsune Miku statues were unveiled. A complete recording of the concert (minus the encore) became available to Japanese PlayStation Plus subscribers from October 7–29, 2015, while Blu-ray and DVD versions became available in both normal and limited editions starting from January 13, 2016. The main visual for the concert was created by hoshima based on a costume design by shikimi, and revolves around the theme of "the chain of creation", while the official theme song is “Hand in Hand”, composed and produced by (kz) livetune.
