The Timbers at Everlands | 55+ Community | Palm Bay, FL

The Timbers at Everlands is a 55+ new construction community built by Lennar located in northwest Palm Bay, Florida. The community will be gated once construction is complete. HOA dues are $315 per month at the time this video was posted and those are all inclusive. Due cover resident lawn care, gate maintenance, access to all of the amazing amenities, and weekly resident events.

I forgot to do a segment about the numerous resident events, so let's talk about it here! There are so many fun activities you can partake in. There is a walking club, a bridge club, a chicken foot club, happy hour club, helping hands club, trivia club, bikers club (we're talking motorcycles-- not bicycles), bocce & byob club, and a singles club. Many of these clubs meet on a weekly or monthly basis. Other events are held, as well. For example, in the month of June, there is a National Donut Day event, Music Bingo, Sunday Scrabble, Game Night, Lunch Around Town at The Mansion, Friday the 13th Fun, Smores Galore DIY Bar, Summer Solstice Soiree, Banana Splits Social, New Resident Social, Decorative Garden Charms, and a Bake Off event! I am ready to move in, myself!
