If you already play RockSmith 2014 on Steam and want to add Custom DLC's to your game install the patch from the Link Below:

After adding the patch place the psarc file in your C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014\dlc\
You can make a folder there called (My CDLC's) create a shortcut of that file to your desktop and just drop the CDLC's .psarc files into it and start the game.

Band Information: The Cars were an American rock band formed in Boston in 1976. Emerging from the new wave scene in the late 1970s, they consisted of Ric Ocasek (rhythm guitar), Benjamin Orr (bass guitar), Elliot Easton (lead guitar), Greg Hawkes (keyboards) and David Robinson (drums). Ocasek and Orr shared lead vocals, and Ocasek was the band's principal songwriter and leader.
