I have extreme level of hair fall and acne on my face. I don't know what happened to me for the past 6 months. I have some other problems related to my life. That gives too much stress and tension. Due to the depressed and stressed mind my health gets weaken. I can't even feel happy. I got fever in every koth for the last year. My doctor always suggest me to avoid stress from yourself. Anyways I lost my clear skin and hair. Now, I took a decision to start my skin care , hair care and diet in a proper manner. Consistency is the key for changes.
