Percy's Promise By The Rev. W. Awdry

This was my favorite story to watch as a kid, but it sorta bothered me that it came out after Percy Takes The Plunge in the TV series in Season 3. So I decided to make a Season 2 style for Percy's Promise, so I hope you guys like it :D!
