【Explanation of "Shishiodoshi"】
This is the one of Japanese traditional sounds called "Shishiodoshi".
"Shishiodoshi" is written in 鹿威し in Japanese. This originally had been used as a farming tool to drive away birds and animals, but the sound later came to be enjoyed as a form of entertainment and was often installed as decoration in Japanese gardens.
You can often see them in Kyoto, the west of Japanese capital, Tokyo.
