We’ve finished Ascension 8 in Slay the Spire with a hard-fought win in Act 3! After taking early damage, we barely made it through the elite fights. But thanks to two well-timed shopping sprees, we grabbed some much-needed relics and cards that turned things around.
My zero-cost Defect build made great use of Reprogram and All for One, while the Watcher (played by my husband) had a near-death experience during the Awakened One boss battle. But we pulled it off and are ready to move on to Ascension 9!
