Friday, February 22, 2013 Phoenix Jones, Midnight Jack, Boomer and Grif Grey saw a man who appeared to have been pepper sprayed. After the initial contact, Midnight Jack came to the conclusion that this man was overdosing and needed medical attention.
This video is the footage gathered from the initial contact until the paramedics arrived.
