Saomad PS3A Profiler for making wooden window components for sale. -
The Saomad PS3A is designed to produce window and door profiled components from planed cut to length timber. The machine has 2 profiling spindles plus 1 glazing bead recovery unit.
The PS 3A version, the machine consists of two spindles, the first of them turning in a clockwise direction for anti-chip timing operating during calibrating. By doing so, it is possible to prevent splinters at the corners of exiting pieces.
2 x Profiling Shafts x 50mm dia x 320mm useful length x 7.5kw [ 1 shaft with counter rotation for anti splintering.]
270mm vertical stroke to each spindle
Max tool dia 240mm with tool base 110-140mm
