Guest characters in fighting games are pretty common nowadays. But a secondary part of guest appearances we don't talk about much is the guest character stage. Pretty simply, it's a stage that represents a guest's series of original, but remodeled for a fighting game setting. Sometimes we get a pure recreation. Other times, it's refitted for the fighting game. Either way, we get some cool visuals we would have otherwise not seen. So, I'll be looking at my favorite guest stages in fighting games. Some games do this a lot more than others, so expect to see many Namco entries.
