In order to submit a successful application you will have to meet certain requirements. That being:
1. Proof of financial standing (this must be in a bank account under the name of the company, unless you are applying as a sole trader). For the amount needed for different types of O'Licence refer to traffic commissioner's guideline.
2. An operating centre with sufficient space where the vehicle will be parked. Must be approved by the Traffic Commissioner and a public notice must be posted in a local newspaper.
3. Vehicle workshop management facilities: Satisfactory facilities to maintain the vehicles, including proof of contract.
4. When applying for a standard (national or international) licence a CPC qualified Transport Manager must demonstrate continuous and effective management of fleet operations and drivers (note that this is a different qualification to the Driver CPC). https://fleetplanner.co.uk/transport-...
5. Proof of good repute and company history (requires a declaration of previous Operator's Licence history, any company bankruptcy or insolvency).
