The Republic of Haiti is located in the Caribbean Sea near North America.
As the national economy is in difficulties, only 25 percent of the people in Haiti receive electricity.
When the sun sets, they cannot even see one inch in front of them.
Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah of the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation heard of this sad situation in Haiti and held a family walkathon to send lanterns to Haiti’s new generation so they can create a healthy future full of hope.
