2 slices of whole wheat protein bread
1 can of tuna in spring water
1/4 cup fat-free Greek yoghurt
salt, pepper to taste
Method
STEP 1
Mix together the tuna, Greek yoghurt, salt, and pepper
Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread, and then sandwich together and enjoy
