Part 1/2 - Amelia Earhart Park MTB trials consist of constant CARDIO! I need to get in better cardio shape because this trail has me breathing hard from start to finish. If you are curious of the Amelia trails, this video captures most of the trails as of 9/16/2020. I decided to leave it pure without any background music. Want to make sure you can hear me breathing my life away LOL.
