Britain's Heathrow Airport said it would be closed all of Friday after a huge fire at a nearby electrical substation wiped out power.

At least 200,000 passengers will have their travel plans left in tatters today after Heathrow announced it would be closed until midnight.
FlightRadar24, the tracking site, said that the airport — which is Europe’s busiest — handles about 1,300 departures and arrivals each day. Friday is the busiest day of the week.
Heathrow and British Airways, the airport’s biggest airline, are urging passengers not to travel to its terminals.
Travel experts said the knock-on impact of the closure would last well into next week.
