The first time we saw Willie K was during a vacation to O'ahu in May of 2008. Staying in Kailua, we saw the posters for the Habilitat Luau for May 17th. The whole event was so much fun and it was the first time we saw Willie K live. We have all lost a spectacular performer with his passing on May 18, 2020, exactly 12 years and 1 day after this video was shot. I decided, that in his honor it would be best to post the whole set unedited. We will always remember him and always remember this very special day, when we were introduced to one of Hawai'i's best.
