Steering a LEGO Car with wheels facing Down

Hello everyone,
a while back I've seen ‪@BananaGearStudios‬' video about an omnidirectional threadmill, which reminded me of an unfinished prototype I built a while back: A car which moves with only slightly angled wheels directly pointing to the ground. This also has the advantage that you can easily turn this into an omnidirectional vehicle like this one :)
