This video covers replacing the bias pots with the high quality Vashay potentiometers linked below and how to add resistors to make the 10K pot work. This is also applicable to the Wilsenton R8 and other fixed bias Made in China amps that use these cheap, prone to fail pots, which melt tubes and destroy other parts when they go bad.

They do have some of the 16mm shaft length version but these are log taper, which isn't ideal but should still work.

Here we go with another popular made in China KT88 Push Pull Vacuum Tube Amplifier.
