MARK BOSCO, S.J., Ph.D., is Vice President for Mission and Ministry at Georgetown University and holds an appointment in the Department of English. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Fr. Bosco joined Georgetown after 14 years at Loyola University Chicago. As a scholar, Fr. QUENTIN DUPONT, S.J., Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the McDonough School of Business. Prior to joining Georgetown, he completed a Ph.D. in Finance and Business Economics at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. His research interests include the role of trust in financial decisions, the consequences of misconduct and corporate governance.
As an undergraduate, Quentin studied economics and accounting at the Catholic University of Lille, in France. He also holds master’s degrees in Finance and Banking (University of Paris), Business Administration (University of Washington), Philosophy (Fordham University), Divinity and Theology (Boston College).
His work is published in the Review of Accounting Studies and the Journal of Business Ethics. He has also written about Catholic Social Teaching and spirituality (e.g., in The Jesuit Post Book, Orbis, 2014 and the preface to Francois Varillon: Traversate di un credente with Antonio Spadaro, Jaca Book, 2008). Fr Dupont’s work is supported at Georgetown by the Jesuit Bridge Fund.
