Baba Baidhyanath Dham :- Baba Baidyanath Dham, located in Deoghar, Jharkhand, is one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India. The temple attracts thousands of devotees every year, especially during the Shravan month, when devotees perform the ritual of Kanwar Yatra, carrying holy water from the Ganges to offer at the Jyotirlinga.

According to legend, Ravana, the demon king of Lanka, tried to take the Shiva Linga to Lanka. Lord Shiva, however, made it immovable at Deoghar, and thus it became a divine site for worship. The temple’s architecture is simple yet majestic, with intricate carvings and a sanctum that radiates spiritual energy. Devotees believe that worshiping at Baba Baidyanath Dham cures ailments, brings prosperity, and fulfills heartfelt wishes.
