LED Rock Lights and Hood Light Review and Install - KC Cyclones

In this video I take a close up look of KC HiLites Cyclone LED rock lights for the Jeep Wrangler and universal under the hood lights. The Cyclone LED’s are a multi-functional and compact auxiliary led light.  These light were originally designed as a dome light for off-road racing in very harsh conditions, but since then folks like you have found many, many different uses for them.

Now I don’t do a bunch of rock crawling at night, but these are really going to help uncover some of the shadows of ruts and other obstacles, but more importantly for me, I am looking forward to just having some nice ground lighting when I’m outside the Jeep at night.
Brackets, wire loom, bus terminal, switches.   I’ll show you a rough layout of what this will look like, but I’m just going to wire these straight to my spod and keep things simple.
 
 
Under Hood Lights
Universal, so you can mount these under just about any vehicles hood
In here we have 2 lights, but they do sell a single light package, it’s got a weatherproof switch, and all the wiring and hardware you need.

These are going to be really nice for me when I’m popping the hood to use my compressor…. Hopefully I’m not using them for a mechanical issue, but it will be nice to have them if needed.
