In October 2019, the Churnet Valley Railway planned Super Power Saturday, which would feature three USATC S160s working together for the first time since World War Two. Unfortunately, due to flooding which washed some of the line away, the one day event was cancelled. Follow an appeal and the railway being repaired, they announced Super Power Weekend Take Two, which had the same premise as the original event, but now over two days!
The event saw four non-stop round trips featuring the three S160s from Kingsley & Froghall up the Cauldon Low branch to Ipstones. Joining the two residents was recently returned to service S160 No 2253 'Omaha', which will eventually move to the Dartmouth Steam Railway. Each day culminated in a triple header, with 'Omaha' leading the two residents to Ipstones.
