Warriors vs Rockets 2018: When The Dubs Dynasty ALMOST FELL

The 2018 Western Conference Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets was an epic 7-game showdown. The Rockets, led by James Harden and Chris Paul, pushed the defending champion Warriors, featuring Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green, to the brink. Houston took a 3-2 series lead, but Chris Paul suffered a hamstring injury late in Game 5 and missed the final two games. The Warriors bounced back, winning Game 6 at home and Game 7 in Houston, where the Rockets infamously missed 27 straight three-pointers. Golden State advanced to the Finals, where they eventually swept the Cavaliers.
It was one of the closest calls for the Warriors' dynasty and is often remembered as Houston’s best shot at a title during the Harden era.
