The Mercatino di Natale di Verona (Christmas Markets in Verona) is one of the most beautiful and romantic Christmas markets in Italy.
Verona, known as the city of Romeo and Juliet, is transformed into a fairy-tale place during Advent, full of lights, decorations and a festive atmosphere. The markets are held in several squares throughout the historic center of the city, with the main event centered on Piazza dei Signori, which is surrounded by beautiful Renaissance palaces. In 2024, the Mercatino di Natale di Verona will take place from November 16 to December 26, offering visitors not only Christmas shopping but also the opportunity to experience the true Italian Christmas atmosphere in the city of love. The Verona Christmas markets are inspired by traditional German markets, which gives the event a cosmopolitan and international character.
