Its 1992 and we start with a few obligatory views at Tinsley depot, moving onwards we see a few short glimpses of class 20s at the RFS works at nearby Kilnhurst. We then head back to the North West via a quick stop at Buxton depot and Warrington Bank Quay. Staying in the Warrington area we then witness some MGR workings at Monks Sidings, Arpley and Winwick Jct.
We then are at Southport showing 37419 ready to work the morning club train to Manchester while 58009 awaits to take over a charter to Manchester running in conjunction with Longsight open day. We then take 20059 and 20168 from Manchester Vic to Barrow In Furness and return with them to Liverpool Lime Street, such exotic power was provided by BR for 'Network North West Day', where a range of such power was provided for normal passenger services and the likes. Finally we end up back at Manchester Victoria to view the remaining 'exotic' power for the rest of the day, plus the usual comings and goings of this once great station before it became the horrible place it is today.
