Parkland trial Judge Elizabeth Scherer appeared to get annoyed with the attorneys for Nikolas Cruz who were attempting to withdraw some evidence in the case related to school records related to swastikas. At one point the attorney was asked which pieces of evidence they want withdrawn, and they didn't know, sparking the judge to frustratingly exclaim "this isn't working" and lead to her going through the evidence and ruling what pieces of evidence will remain in and which will not.
