Hi everyone! Hope everyone is well! Today's video is on how I achieved this Blue Half Cut Crease with a Hint of Sparkle. I was a bit inspired by all the sparkly Coachella makeup looks but I wanted to create something a little more wearable, for work or school. I hope you guys enjoy this eyelook and are able to achieve it with the steps I included. I tried to be as informative as I thought I could be without making the video any longer.
