Walkure Ga Tomaranai - Walkure [ Piano Cover ]

first upload of the year! helloooo everyone as yall know or might not know, i am really busy with college stuff since i am now in my 4th semester and oh man, i cant lie that it was DDAMNNNNN exhausting but hey, its worth it!

anyway, about this arrangement, most of my "real life performance" vs "studio recorded performance", i find that when i arrange my studio recorded one, i tend to make it very difficult to play and have much more flashy stuff in it (arpeggio runs, hand jump, etc...). compared to the real life performance, i subconsciously aim for how smooth i can perform my song.

since every recital performance at my college are graded by our lecturer, i tend to "simplify" my arrangement a lot where i realize, "wait, this isn't how i used to play".... don't get me wrong, its not for the better grade or anything but at this point, i find it much more enjoyable and feel way more satisfied to play the simplified version than the flashy, challenging studio version.

it gives me a sense of achievement after the performance whereas if i were to perform the studio version in real life and infront of an audience, i only get the sense of "finally, thats it. now what" see? you get what i mean? xD
....

so now, i think i have finally unlocked my "zone" where i want to make my every arrangement easier for me to play/perform and yet still as equal as challenging where it gives me the sense of satisfaction. now i have realized that i do not need to have those insane run one the piano to please the audience. all i need is for me to enjoy the song that i am performing first, then everyone else would automatically feel what i am feeling during my performance. if i am not enjoying my own arrangement while i am performing, how do i expect for the audience to enjoy it too? it all comes from ourself first ;3
