Red Bark Phenomenon & Possible Cure

This recently observed condition, where bark is turning red, is occurring in our forest woodlands across North America, affecting many different species of trees, particularly the Eastern Hemlock and White Pine here at Lost Creek. Based on my observations it eventually kills the tree. I am in the process of testing a treatment program that may prove to be a cure, or at least slow down the process.
All footage was taken at Lost Creek Nature Retreat, located in central New York.
