What Sin Really Costs — And Why the Cross Matters
Sin promises freedom but always delivers bondage. It looks fun and harmless, but every sin has a price. In this episode, we talk about how sin slowly destroys us from the inside out — through lust, anger, pride, gossip, and secret habits that steal our peace, joy, and clarity. Sin doesn’t ruin God — it ruins you.

We also look at the hidden cost: separation from God. Not because He leaves, but because sin hardens our hearts (Isaiah 59:2). Sin is expensive, and you pay with things you never wanted to lose.

That’s what makes the cross so powerful. Romans 6:23 shows that we earned death, but Jesus took the debt onto Himself. The cross isn’t proof of how bad you are — it’s proof of how loved you are.

When you understand the cost of sin, God’s commandments finally make sense. They’re not about control — they’re protection. They keep you close to the life Jesus purchased for you (Psalm 119).

Sin costs more than you think.
Jesus paid more than you know.
His commands protect more than you realize.
