hi guys if you did take the time to watch this weeks video i want to start off by saying i truly appreciate it i know it was long. In march of 2024 i had to put my foot down and stop working due to my mental health. Its been a journey, its been hard but its on my mind a lot and affected me so i wanted to share my story and just get it off my chest. If anyone else watches this video and can relate i want to say that i am so sorry because i know the pain, i know the struggles and its not fun. Hang in there everyone ! we got this
