Working with Daymond John on His Posture!

Had the opportunity to work with ‪@TheSharkDaymond‬ from Shark Tank. He’s involved in Shark Gevity, which is expanding into the health and wellness space — something that aligns with a lot of what I do.

I got to share a bit of my story and hear some of his, which was a great reminder of why I’m so passionate about this work. We had fun, saw some real posture changes in just one session, and talked about how important it is for busy people to take care of their bodies.

Posture isn’t just about standing tall — it’s about how you move, feel, and show up every day.
