-With 15 years of experience in investment-related work, Dr. Bai is Head of Da Cheng's cross-border investment research team. He serves as the fund/investment manager for several investment portfolios, achieving excellent performance. Since 2018, he has been appointed as one of the first external portfolio investment managers for the National Social Security Fund's Stock Connect program
-Formerly served as Morgan Stanley's Asia-Pacific and Emerging Markets strategist for 8 years, specializing in quantitative strategy research in the Asia-Pacific region
-His team was ranked first globally in the 2015 Institutional Investor poll. Dr. Bai has taught at the University of Hong Kong Business School and served as a joint researcher at the MIT Sloan School of Management. His research paper won the first prize at the 2006 China International Finance Annual Conference. From 2018 to 2022, he received the China Securities Journal Overseas Golden Bull Award four times, making him the most awarded investment manager to date

Yan Li Xian | Managing Director of Da Cheng International, Head of Product and Marketing Department
-Master's in Applied Economics from City University of Hong Kong
-With 14 years of experience in domestic and international product development and fund marketing sales, Yan Li Xian joined Da Cheng International in 2010. Since August 2022, she has been serving as the Deputy Director of the Product and Marketing Department, overseeing the management of channels and institutional sales, marketing, and product development.

大成国际资产管理有限公司成立于2009年3月19日，注册资本港币1.3亿元，是大成基金管理有限公司在中华人民共和国香港特别行政区设立的全资子公司。公司为首批在港设立子公司的中资基金公司之一，并率先推出一系列公募产品（包括ETF产品），积极开拓发展跨境业务和全球投资业务。

除上述牌照外，公司亦拥有RQFII/QFII资格，具备中国证监会颁发的QFII/RQFII资格。

Da Cheng International Asset Management Company Limited
was established on March 19, 2009, with a registered capital of HK$130 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dacheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. As one of the first subsidiaries of a Chinese fund company to be established in Hong Kong, Da Cheng International has taken the lead in launching a series of public funds (including ETF products) and actively explores and develops cross-border and global investment business.
In addition, the Company is one of the eleven Hong Kong subsidiaries with QFII/RQFII qualifications issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and one of the only four holders of the National Social Security Fund Overseas Investment Manager qualification.
