After over a year of talking about one of the most beloved and controversial musicals of all time, Sebastian has FINALLY gotten the opportunity to talk about the movie adaptation that proved to be so bad, it likely killed the musical's reputation and popularity. This video essay took a LOT out of the people involved in it, and after months of heartbreak, suffering, re-doing everything nearly from scratch and relistening to the music over and over again, its finally here. This is Sebastian's magnum opus. THIS IS THE MOVIE ADAPTATION OF DEAR EVAN HANSEN.

I wanna take a moment to say I appreciate each and everyone of you who stood by us and supported us while we were hard at work on this video. This is easily the biggest achievement that we have ever accomplished, and while this is technically a video essay for Dear Evan Hansen, I wanna consider this a movie, with a prequel in the first video essay I did in 2021, and a sequel coming in just a few months... if you know, you know ;)
