After over a year of waiting I have finally returned to the J&L Narrow Gauge! Railfan Justin, Myles Spear and I all went to the J&L to check out 58. The property looks very different from when I last visited and 58 has a whole new look as well! 58 now has air brakes so now its bell is working and now it has a new Lunkenhimer 3 chime that sounds like UP 3985 or any other locomotive with a Hancock 3 chime. I contacted the owner Rick Rowlands and when we arrived he made sure he and the crew would put on a good show for our short visit which includes great stalk talk and whistling runby's so enjoy!
