I HAVE FOUND THEM. LET THEM BE SEEN!
They do have the outfits and some of the animations for the dancer class, but they still are not unlocked in a legit playthrough unfortunately. Yes, I used a hacked switch to go through the files and add this class to Byleth, but what's weird is that everything is there for Byleth to become a Dancer... Maybe it was scrapped? Who knows...
