Summary :-
OP’s MIL has been hounding OP for the last few months to get a job and contribute to the family more, even though her son, OP’s husband, remains unemployed and refuses to help with childcare for their two young children because it’s “not a man’s job”. OP reminds her MIL that the bills and rent are paid for by her while her MIL and Husband stay rent-free, and if she they would help with the childcare, OP would be happy to take up some work. OP is proud that she stood up to her MIL, only to come home a few weeks later to find her things and her children locked out of the house and completely drenched in the rain. She discovers that she has been kicked out because her husband found a new, high-paying job via an affair he was having and had moved his affair partner into their home. As a result, OP decides to use her connections to take revenge on her husband and MIL for the years of mistreatment. OP connects with the owner of the house, who is a family friend, and purchases the house from him, kicking out her husband in the process. Her family also acquires the company he got a job at and terminates both his and his affair partners' employment.
