This is the second interview kicking off the series and it is a powerful one. Our guest is ‪@CycleGroover‬ and he was set to join us at a Ride Again track day in full health, but before that moment came tragedy struck. A drunk driver changed everything. The impact shattered nineteen bones, punctured his lung, tore his liver, and broke his neck at C5 and C7, leaving him on the edge of paralysis. Yet even through all of that his story did not end there. It became a testament to survival and resilience.

The Survivor Talk Series gives a voice to people like Groovy, survivors of life changing motorcycle accidents and others who carry similar scars from different tragedies. Their stories remind us of the resilience it takes to keep going and the hope that comes from knowing you are not alone.

Each episode dives into real stories of trauma, recovery, and strength. Survivors open up about what happened during their accident, the battles they faced afterward, and the fight it took to move forward.

Our mission is simple, to shine a light on what survivors go through both seen and unseen. Around the world, some are thriving while others are still struggling. By sharing these stories we hope to inspire, empower, and remind people they are not alone.
