An easy recipe for making Spicy Wonton in Chili Sauce at home.
Ingredients
20-30 wonton wrappers
Wonton filling
½ tablespoon Kikkoman®Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman®Sesame Oil
200 gram ground chicken
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 slice ginger, minced
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Chili sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoon Kikkoman®Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons chili flakes
¼ teaspoon five-spice powder
2 cloves garlic grated
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 stalks of green onions, chopped
Steps
1. Mix all the wonton filling ingredients well in a bowl.
2. Wrap the wonton according to the video
3. To cook: bring a large pot of water to boil. Place wontons in water and cook for 4 minutes or until they float. Remove with a slotted spoon straight into serving bowls.
4. For chili sauce: Place all ingredients for the chili sauce in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat to bring it to sizzle and then lower the heat and keep stirring. Cook for about 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
5. Drizzle the 2 tablespoons chili sauce on the wonton(about 6- 8). Garnish with the green onion then serve.

餛飩皮 20-30片
餛飩餡
萬字®醬油 1/2湯匙
萬字®芝麻油 1大匙
雞絞肉 200克
蔥 1根,切碎
薑 1片,切末
料酒 1大匙
糖 ½ 茶匙
辣醬
萬字® 米醋 1大匙
萬字®醬油 2大匙
糖 1大匙
辣椒麵 2湯匙
植物油 4大匙
五香粉 1/8茶匙
蒜 2瓣,切末
蔥 2根,切碎
烹飪步驟
1. 將所有餛飩餡所需的材料放入一個碗中,攪拌均勻。
2. 根據影片包餛飩。
3. 烹調餛飩:將一大鍋水煮開,將餛飩放入水中煮4分鐘或直到它們浮出水面。用漏網撈出,放入碗中。
4. 製作辣醬:將辣醬的所有食材放入一個鍋中,用中火加熱,直到開始冒泡,轉至小火並不斷攪拌,約5分鐘後離火。
5. 在餛飩(約6-8個)上淋上2湯匙辣醬,撒上蔥花即可。
