On July 2, the University of Toronto obtained an injunction to authorize the removal of an encampment of pro-Palestinian/anti-Israel protesters who had blockaded part of campus and set up tents. In this video, Christine explains the injunction decision with particular focus on the question of whether or not the Charter applies to the university.
