We live in a generation that is exhausted. We are tired in our bodies, and weary in our souls. We try to fix it with sleep, coffee, and vacations, but some tiredness goes deeper than that. Isaiah reminds us that human strength runs out—even "young men shall utterly fall." But God's strength is inexhaustible. The secret to energy is not striving more; it is "waiting" on the Lord. Exchanging your weakness for His power.

🙏 A Prayer for Strength
"Lord, I confess that I am tired. I have been running on my own strength and I am burnt out. Today, I choose to wait on You. I exchange my weariness for Your power. Lift me up above my storms like an eagle. Give me the grace to run and not be weary, to walk and not faint. I trust in Your timing. In Jesus' name, Amen."
